    Question UML & Rational Rose

    Hi,

    I know this is off topic, but i thought i may get the best response here from professionals.

    Can anyone recommend any good books on UML and the use of Rational Rose software. Also does anyone know if it is possible to integrate Rational Rose in Visual Studio .Net 2003? Or is it only Eclipse? Ive never used it before, but am installing it next week.

    Has anyone actually worked with UML in industry? And found it sucessful? Im not talking about spare time/college/university, but actually on large projects. Is there an ISO standard for UML documentation in projects? Or does this vary between projects?

    The reason I am asking is the company i am working for, is researching UML for use in making an industry standard spec/documentation for new and future projects, and this is something i am involved with!, so any useful advice would be excellent.

    Sure is...here's some linkage to IBM's site which has a VS.net edition of Rational Rose.
