Does anybody know a good site that compares different CPU's ,and their capabilities, from Intel and AMD (such as AMD64, Athlon XP, Intel's p4 and Celeron)? If you know a good site that compares the ability to overclock and how good they are to overclock I would love it!

Simple. Don't overclock an Intel. They're not made to do it and the higher end Intel CPUs are maxed out anyways. AMDs are built with the overclocker in mind, for the most part.
Either way, I don't recommend it. You run the risk of burning it up and/or overheating your system in either case. And if you really need to overclock your CPU to perform some task or run some game, do yourself a favor and get a faster chip.
Im not going to overclock anything, its for school where we are to write about different CPUs and their overclockability.
Anybody have any thoughts on the Semptron CPU's?
