IE loses focus, Webcam gets blurry

2 questions...

1) After i first open up IE, the window loses focus after a few seconds...which is really annoying when I am typing something in google (my homepage).... Any clue what's going on?

2) I'm using my Creative Webcam (model NX i think) for video messaging with AIM and DeadAIM and after I connect my picture gets blurry and pixely after about a minute or so..

Both these problems happend after I reinstalled Windows a couple weeks ago. Before that they never happend. I don't think there's a virus running in the background that's taking up system resources or anything, i've checked. Please help

STFW for Spybot Seach & Destroy, and then go to www.lavasoftusa.com for Adaware. Run both, check for spyware. Then, run a virus checker. Something is taking your focus away from you. You could also check to see what processes are running in the background.
