there is a problem with my media player or i dont know my windows setup. but somedays back i did some system cleanup job using norton systemworks and from then on i am facing problems. i dont find the different menus and all that on top of the normal file explorer, my windows media player 9 doesnt work , cd's dont open properly etc. so after having a lot of problems i actually restored all the changes i had made from the backup (i mean from norton's makes backup of everychange it makes. from that). now the menus and all r displaying proplerly but cd's dont open in normal opening (but opens if r-clicked and opened in Explorer) and major of all media player doesnt work even on a reinstall. what is the problem? do i have to install windows again or is there a better way.
