Then...set up with a filter/sniffer/ etc and makesure to keep logs. Show the police that you're willing to cooperate and give then date, time, MAC address, signal strenght to indicate distance. Then set a filter to keep it clean...disallow dirty words etc. or whatever you have to do. I know someone this happened to and next day he had up 512-bit system up.
