hey, i'm using apache2.x for my webserver. The problem is, when a lot of people are using my website, it lags my other servers BAD. I've heard of modules like mod_throttle, but they're only for apache 1.3, not to mention linux. I'm using windows xp professional with my apache. Is there any other way i can set a maxrate-type bandwidth limitation? thanks
