mine came fully loaded with heatsink and fan, only paid like 45.00. I'm getting a 5900 after i sell my old liquid cooling setup and this vid card.
This seems familiar...i posted temps on the family computer that I modded out. That was damn cold for being air cooled. Not sure what the temps are on my own computer (never looked) but I can tell you the hottest place is on the outside because it sits in the cubbyhole of a desk and the exhaust fans are in the rear, so if you reach down around the case your hands could start sweating.
