    NFS error with Redhat

NFS was working perfectly on my LAN until the other day it started saying this on the server when I try and start the service.

Starting NFS quotas: Cannot register service: RPC: Unable to send; errno = Invalid argument
rpc.rquotad: unable to register (RQUOTAPROG, RQUOTAVERS, udp).

I have spent the morning searching google and found only people asking the same question but no solutions.

If anyone knows what the problem is... even a clue... your help would be much appreciated.

edit: It then hangs on "Starting NFS daemon: "

    Buy Windows.

Sorry, couldnt resist-every Windows problem inevitably leads to someone posting 'get Linux'.

yeh i think your right, I've used a bit of debian and it didnt seem to give half as much stress as redhat. I think ill swith over.. do a kernel upgrade in the process.

le ntfs n'est pas fait pour le linux mais pour le windows nt/xp/..
sous linux si tu veux utiliser une partition et la gerer autrement sur windows ou apr un lan
il te faux le system de fichier fat32 ou fat16 (pas d'autre solution)
