    plugins

I'm having problems installing my FlashPlayer plugin on my Mandrake computer. I downloaded it and extracted everything into a folder called flashplayer in the / directory. It comes to a point where I have to enter a directory for the install of Mozilla. I entered multiple paths.

    /usr/lib/mozilla
    /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
    /usr/lib/mozilla-1.4
    /usr/lib/mozilla-1.4
Then each of the above with a .. preceding it.

I'm at a loss as to what is wrong. It just says enter a valid directory, and I'm cutting and pasting the directory straight from Natulus.

well it should go into the plugins directory...but i had this same problem with firebird on windows too. All I can say is get rid of what you already copied and start again...btw check mozilla's site for the full instructions, and try typing in the full path as well. The script might be finiky.

What cd is it on in yours, and did you get the boxed set or download a free ISO like me?
