    Question Ah, memory...

    Hello,

Forgive me for my insolence, but could anyone explain how memory works? It might sound like an odd question, but it turns out I don't know that much about it. I know that it must be refreshed regularly otherwise "All the lights go out", but how does it work physically?

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
