    extracting the audio from video

Hey guys, does anyone know if there is a rather simple and fast way to extract only the audio from a real player video format. Basically what I want to do is this: my professor has posted all his video lectures online, and they are in Real Player format. I want to take only the audio from these videos, put it on a CD and listen in the car.

    any suggestions?

don't know of a fast way.
if you can let it run at night when you're sleeping, do this:
    www.goldwave.com d/l goldwave
read the help files and what not and learn how to record.
open up your realplayer files, hit record on goldwave (selecting to record "what you hear"), then play the file. viola! you now have the audio from your prof's presentations!
