Help!? I need to replace a motherboard for a friend of mine and I don't understand some specs about the one I want to buy...

That's the board... and it says under USB:
6 USB 1.1
4 USB 2.0
Now my question is, can you use a USB 1.0/1.1 device in a 2.0 slot? For some reason I thought the slot was a different size or something. I need a board that will support 1.0/1.1 USB and i really want to buy this one if it'll work. Thanks for your help.
