    Problem and Solution

    Problem:

    Computer falling apart in many many ways.

    Solution:

    Back up hard drive on CD's
    Format hard drive
    Reinstall Windows

    DONE

    New Problem Arises:

    Backup of hard drive failed in certain areas, but was not noticed until hard drive was formatted. Several documents lost.

    Solution:

    Searching for one that is low cost or free. Know of any?
