I have a problem with my CD drive (burner). Whenever I put a cd into it, I hear a lugging sound. Then, when I try to access the CD, my computer claims that the device is not ready. The drivers are in order and have even been reinstalled. The device in communicating well with my computer, so I think it may be hardware related. Any ideas? I first began experiencing the problem during a comp crash where the burner light went on on the CD drive when there was no cd inside.
