    Randomly Restarting Computer

    Ok i have just build myself a new computer with the following specs:

    Pentium 4 - 2.66 Ghz FSB 533
    Soltek SL-85DRV2 w/ built in Snd (Not used)
    512 DDR Ram PC-3200
    ATI Radeon 9700 PRO
    Sound Blaster Audigy
    D-ling Lan Card 10/100
    60 Gb Seagate V
    52/24/52 LG Burner
    16/48 LG DVD-Rom

    300 Watt Power Suply..

    i have it running Win XP but it keeps rebooting at random times.. i know it is not overheating, the CPU temp does not seem to wanna go over 45 C. Anybody have any clue what it can be? the ram is good, i replaced that and the problem still persists. IF you have any ideas plz leavce em here i rlly need this machine up and runnin
