In W2K, I found an (apparently) empty folder for Quicken under Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu.
I went to delete it and the message popped up that it wasn't an empty directory. When I went to open it a message said access denied. I could move it to a different directory, but it won't let me delete or open it, either from GUI or command line. The properties say it's empty.
This was all in an administrator account, btw. I changed all permissions to full control. Any idea why I can't get rid of it? Thanks.
