SiS chips and Linux

I am running windoze right now, but want to switch to linux.

I have heard people say that SiS chips are anti-linux, but am looking for a second opinion.

P.S. My computer is litered with SiS chips. Next time im getting a white box.

i have a sis mainboard, and i haven't noticed anything wrong. there have been no incompatability problems, not even minor annoyances. i'm running redhat 8.0 as i'm typing.
