Question Login to network on demand?

    Hello,

Just curious, but is there a way I could utilise my university's network connection like a Dial-Up Networking connection, in that I only want to be connected to it when I need to access the internet?

Windows 98 Second Edition, before you ask.

Yes, I have a network card, and I am connected to the network. That's all the telapathy I'm gonna do tonight.

I think only if your university has a VPN.
