    Network question

My computer is directly connected to the internet but there are others that connect to this computer and access the internet. Is there a program that limits the amount of bandwidth my computer can use?

Do you mean you want to restrict the others or do you want to try and tweak your settings for more bandwidth?

I mean I want to limit the others so I'm getting at least 384Kbps for myself.
