If any of you rember a few weeks back I posted a message about my computer having startup problems. From the post it seems that over heating was the problem. Today I finaly got a case fan for my computer and it did not help.
Any other sugestions?

what exactly is the problem?
starting the os?
or just the comp?
You can get a new (bigger) heatsink for cpu and a bigger fan. Also, my case supports multiple fans. (I.E. - I have a fan in the front and a fan in the rear of my case to keep the air moving through. That would be a no-no if you have any cats/dogs/rabid bats (or even the standard release of bats, although alpha and pre-release versions are rumoured to be fine I wouldn't take that risk) in your house, dust can get in and cause chaos.Originally posted by MrWizard

I have a volcano fan/heatsink. I don't know, tomrow I might post a few pictures of my computer.

Fan from this company is great. One of it's model allows you to control the fan's rpm.

Ahhhhhhh, I hate my computer. I can cheak the tempure of my CPU and the system in the Bios, does any one know of a program that would allow me to access this information well in windows?

Describe the problem. Did you overclock your computer? If not then I don't think that over heating is the problem. Write me your computer configuration, ok?

umm... what do you think is in those silver cylinders outside your house that feed power to your house (aka transformers)? It's a coil of wire immersed in several gallons of oil.i have seen it on tech pages, but it kinda freaks me out to have live wires in a bath of oil
