My wife uses Windows Live Mail, (I don't), she has been unable to use her system for some time, but it is available again. Her mail reader is asking for an email address and password. Apparently, it did not do that previously. She does not know the password. Normally there is a means of recovering lost passwords, but she does not know how to do this, and I just looked and it is not obvious to me either. Anyone know how she can proceed?
