Intel and AMD GPUs

Hi!

My HP i5 laptop came with Intel and AMD GPUs. But I'm not sure if my Games and other graphic intensive apps use the AMD gpu. How to check what GPU an application uses? And how to force an app to use the AMD gpu instead of Intel, if needed to?
I have added the games and apps I need to run on AMD into the Radeon Settings panel--is that the way to do it?

(GPUs: AMD Radeon R5 M330 [Adrenaline] - v18.5.1, Intel UHD Graphics 620 - v22.20.16.4708)

But I don't think it's possible to force an app to use the AMD gpu instead of Intel. My opinion though!
