    Blog from Scratch

Hey guys I'm new here and new to programming as well. So far, I only know very little about C and I also know HTML, CSS, etc. I understand this is a forum for C language, and while I registered for help with C language, I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a website that shows you how to create your own blog from scratch. Meaning, without using a pre-existing template or program, like Wordpress. Thank you for your help!

Given your preamble, I assume that using C is not a requirement, so I have moved this thread to the Tech Board.

Creating a simple blog is a common example among introductory books/tutorials that teach you how to develop for the Web. What have you looked at thus far?

I get maybe two dozen requests for help with some sort of programming or design problem every day. Most have more sense than to send me hundreds of lines of code. If they do, I ask them to find the smallest example that exhibits the problem and send me that. Mostly, they then find the error themselves. "Finding the smallest program that demonstrates the error" is a powerful debugging tool.
