When i go File>Open with word 2007, the "Menubar" option in the "Organize>Layout" is disabled. But when i do the same with Windows explorer, that "Menubar" option is working. Anyone know the reason?

There is usually some "unlock bar" option you have to select as well, to stop accidental changes.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
i searched and couldn't find an unlock command for that. Anyone please?

So, you're looking for a File|Edit|View|Tools|Help menubar inside the Open dialogue?
