First of all thanks to MK27 for pointing me out to the book Hacking: The Art of Exploitation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Reading it I came upon the chapter 0x250 that deals a lot with assembly language. Sins the book did not really enlighten me on the subject I decided to look into it a bit further and found the following 7-movie series that might be useful for everyone else having trouble to understand assembly language.
