I want to learn Latex in Windows.
What Editor and tools I need? Please advice!

Editor: You need an editor. Any editor. (Notepad will do, or even good old blue-screen edit, although why not use vim?)

Tools: You need a LaTeX distribution (you can get one from the TeX users group at tug.org).
