Go to: Tools -> Options -> Text Editor -> C/C++
Check the "Line numbers" options and click OK.
Alternatively, take a look at a status bar near the bottom. There would be a "Ln N" if your cursor is on line N.

Uh, how about double-clicking the warning? If it is in the tool output of VS, it should take you right to that line.
