    Code profiler?

    Hallo,

    I am looking for a good code profiler and was wondering if anyone could recommend one? I need one that works on XP with c++ code from Visual Studio. It would be great if the same profiler was able to work on the 64bit version of Vista as well, as I use two computers for my programming.

    CodeAnalyst from AMD is good.

    Am i doing something really wrong here or does it not work on Intel processors?

    I run the program as it says in the instruction, but when it is done there is no data there for me to read. The system data, system graph and the processes tab are all empty.

    I never tried it on an Intel processor, so I don't know...

    Whilst I have nothing against CodeAnalyst, I think VTune from Intel is actually slightly better still, and is guaranteed to work (only, unfortunately) on Intel processors.
