My MSPaint can do that... It came with my comp tho... I don't know if you can upgrade that... I doubt it... The old versions can't... Well, I guess you already know, huh? Oh well...

Oh ya, and I forgot to mention GIF Construction Set. It is really simple program that is really easy to learn to use... It is an evaluation version but you don't have to pay for it unless you want...

I tried dl the trial version of flash... I really want to add flash to my webpage... but it was so complicated! It sure LOOKED easy on other people's webpages... *sigh* or it is me that's...
