thanks for the feed back.....we do understand whats causing it, but are confused why none of my wifes friends are having the same problem. My wifes system is a xp and we started with 6.0 then...

The problem that she has is that while in aol and maybe having a room open, she will receive a IM from a friend. Now within 10 mins or so she will receive a aol message saying that she has exceeded...
