Can I keep the string in one line?

I am a pioneer

Can make the DOS Prompt windows has a scroll bar at the horizontal, therefore to keep it non-break line?

When the line is too long, it will break to a new line, is there any method to avoid automatic line break in the output?

how do i use fgets() ?
I am sorry that i am a beginner and actually I don't learn this function yet.....

I am doing a program to ask the user to input a char with my menu

however,if the user input a invalid char,i have to ask him to input again
