There is a real easy way in sdl to do transpearacy so i would think that you could do it in allegro too.

i know somthing that im sure works but u need to use sdl.

How do you set the title name and icon. I use C++ with sdl an devC++.

ALso which one do people reccomend sdl or allegro.
