Hi I just finished my code for this program I am working on that is due today. I am having 1 problem and I can't seem to figure it out. My averages are being totalled way too high...I've been up...

well that's what I noticed is that if put <30 then it will cancel out the first part which is <10. I'm trying to figure out how to fix those to pieces of code so that they don't cancel out....
