But the problem i have mentioned only come in Windows XP machine. Its working fine in other windows releases.

I have a strange behavior using WMI to get PercentIdleTime information from Win32_PerfRawData_PerfOS_Processor.

The Idle value is correct for all processors but is not retrieved for "_Total"...

I understand in unix in order to get the cpu blocked process by vmstat function call.
What is the equivalent for windows?
Any help you can give me would greatly be appreciated.
