Hi all,

Has anyone called a C++DLL procedure from VB in Excel
with success...........

I have a DLL which is working 100% when loaded into the
memory space of an exe.....

but just isnt...

Done CreateProcess OK,

Now want to ExitProcess aqain.......
problem lies in how I give the ExitProcess the exitstatus code
from within my program......

How do I use GetExitCodeProcess....or...

I can use ShellExecute no problem to open another exe........
How can I close another exe again..........
