I do not like CodeBlocks. Maybe it is solely because I am new to C++. I did, have Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition. I may just go back to that.

I just found wxDev-C++. It's the Dev-C++ IDE but supports wxWidgets and MinGW. Have any of you heard of it?
C++ is my first language I am learning. I am doing the tutorials online and will be taking C++ classes at my local college soon. After C++, I plan to try and tackle Java.

Yes, I believe so. I think you can use this. It's Trolltech's Qt application: http://trolltech.com/products/qt/. But I think you can only do so much. I'm not sure though. Hope this helps though.
