I am a bit confused about passing struct in C. Is it passing the entire struct or its just passing an pointer to itself. Thanks for any help.

I am currently learning C and found C how to program by deitel very useful, especially those exercise at the back of each chapter. But it seems that the answer to those question has been compiled...

Pardon me for my lack of knowledge in C programming but I am puzzle at one of the example in the book:
