That's not the same mod dead tree's talking about, is it? It seems like it'd be a lot more rewarding to kill them off than just remove them.

The character I beat the game with could easily outrun them, so I didn't think they were a problem either :)

Unfortunately my pants can't hold a shotgun, pistol, flashlight, plasma gun, and BFG at the same time, but yeah.
Sometimes after playing a lot of GTA or Carmageddon I'm tempted to use my ebrake to fishtail and run someone over. Haven't given in yet, but the traffic around here is making me start to wonder when...
