i am not really sure.
my feeling is that it is wrong .
and the rt ans would be a[i][j] =*(&a[0][0] + 3*i + j)
is...
If we declare: int a[4][3]; then a[i][j] is equivalent to:
1) *(a[i] + j)
2) *(&a[0][0] + 4*i + j)
3) Both (a) and (b)
4) None of the above
