Level: Entry to Jr.
Skills required: C, some assembly, GNU and uClibc Linux and Windows programming, Cross-compiling, networking, Linux server.
Misc requirements: Ability to get a secret clearance (current security clearance a plus), ability to wear an M40 gas mask.

This goes back to the requirement of being able to get a security clearance via the US Government. I would assume this limits the position to a US citizen. But otherwise, any applicants are welcome with the above contingencies.
