    SALARY: EXCELLENT! (depending on experience)
so its excellent if you have tons of experience, but not so excellent for everyone else? Ive often noticed that when a company uses words like excellent and competitive to describe their salaries, what they really mean is so godawful low they are embarrassed to tell you what they really are. Since its based in london, I would expect a salary commensurate with the cost of living in london and in line with the income level of a programmer with the experience you mentioned. Based on my current salary (which is low for a programmer) and the cost of living in london, I would expect a non-negotiable minimum of £60,000 and thats entry level. Someone with:
-Minimum 3 years industry standard C/C++ -Cross Platform experience (ie Porting) -Console Development experience (PS2/PSP/PS3/Xbox360)
    -Optimisation experience -Threading/concurrent programming experience.

should expect more in the range of £100,000 per anum.

Now, how about we actually discuss the excellence of your salaries?

And by C/C++ do you mean C++ or C? or both?
