Thread: license-free lock-free data structure library updated

Release 7.0.0 of liblfds, a portable, lock-free data structure library, has been published, after six years.

The honourable and well-known Codeplug has had a bit of input into this - he sent over some improvements a few years ago, which have made their way into the codebase.
