You are aware that doing this might involve some copyright issues?
Besides, I'm not sure if the Vista icons would be compatible with the XP ones; I think they may be different sizes, for example. I guess you could take screenshots of the Vista ones and use those on XP, but it seems like a bit of a kludge. :)
Why would you want to do this, anyway?
Yes it can be done with Vista Transformation Pack! No there is no incompatibility issue! i am asking that if there is a better software to do this!

To make XP look like Vista, perhaps? We all know Vista is "prettier" than XP. I've done it myself a couple of times with transformation packs, since we all know Vista is no good.
