Any good sites covering C++ implementation of data structures?

I think it's a subject I've sorely missed out on and was always interested in it but never really had a chance to use it (despite taking a class in it, there was no practice to speak of). Anyone know of any free e-books or websites covering the subject (besides just confuzzled :D )

Also, what order should I study trees on EC?

I can't think of any off the top of my head - Prelude's website should get you started though. The Binary Search Tree is the most primitive type of binary tree, other trees all attempt to fix the balancing problems associated with BSTs.
