distributing toolbars?

Every now and then I see freeware software bundling stuff like Alexa's toolbar or the google one. Does anyone know of any toolbar distribution programs for normal developers (something like adsense where most people can join)?

For Internet Explorer only, or Firefox as well, or what?

just write a silent installer, call it britney_spears_naked.exe.scr.bmp, and send it off to a few million random email addresses.

..... just kidding, but that is the way many trojans (which almost all those toolbars are) are distributed ...
