Hilarious. Why don't Disney just patents Santa? Talk about ripping off money from people. :D
You can't patent obesity and white beards, but if anyone would try that it'd be Disney (or possibly IBM). However, I don't think he was being very creative. With a Santa in the park, I don't think he'd be crushing the curious children's spirits by telling them he just looked like Santa and that the real Santa was somewhere else in the park. Disney's always been about business, though.
