help: lookin for c/c++ sites

hi

I have decent theoretical knowledge in c/c++ and i need to furnish my programming skills..for that i need some questions OR source codes starting from a VERY basic level (say: display all even nos. from 1-1000) to the advanced level (say: file handling).

although I have managed to lay my hands on some c/c++ tutorials but they lack questions :(

can anyone suggest me some sites from where i can get questions to practice..

Seeing if you can answer other peoples homework, just to see if you can, is one source of ideas.

Being able to explain a concept to someone else is a real test of understanding.

...and sometimes an exercise in frustration.
