Printable version of the C++ tutorials

Hi all

I wanted to ask a question about the C++ tutorials on the site. Each tutorial has a printable version available, and even a all.txt file but is there a printable HTML version of all tutorials? If not, do you think this would be done?

I ask only because the a simple text file might be confusing to you, if I was to print it.
