create form in vc++6

How do I create a form/window/page like Control Panel>Network page?

I am trying to display a page to users to gather address book information and would also like to display a drop down list for the countries.


The code to write this info to the network is complete. Its just the page I am having trouble figuring out.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Enter "Tab control" in the VC help index, there are a whole load of things you can browse there. Feel free to come back if you have a specific problem.
