How do I move the FlashBar from one editbox to a different editbox?

When you click on an editbox, a bar flashes on and off inside it where the letters are going to appear when you type, I don't know what that is called, so I am just going to call it the FlashBar. My Question is, how do I move the FlashBar from one editbox to a different editbox?

You mean the caret? I believe you have to use SetFocus.
